With over 25 years of experience, Lisa has honed her skills in driving profitability through optimizing human capital, leading diversity and inclusion initiatives, and developing and implementing corporate strategic plans. Her expertise extends to managing national accounts for Fortune 500 companies, where she has successfully partnered in attaining and growing business for clients such as Wal-Mart, AT&T, and Oncor Electric Delivery Company. Lisa's professional journey includes revitalizing and managing multicultural marketing for JCPenney, overseeing a substantial budget, and setting strategic direction for diverse customer segments. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures operational excellence and service delivery in executing all strategic initiatives for OMS's clients.

Lisa actively engages in various professional affiliations, serving on the Executive Board of SMU's Cox School of Business, and as a director and board member at Tuzer Ballet Company. Lisa's passion for sharing insights and expertise extends to her role as a contributing editor to DCEO Magazine. She actively participates in her community through her involvement at Gateway Church, where she serves as a facilitator for women's ministry and on the Prophetic team. Lisa resides in Plano, Texas, with her husband and their two children, embodying a strong commitment to both her professional and personal life.
